  • Where is my package?

    Orders that do not contain any preorder items usually ship within 5 business days (weekends excluded). Orders with any pre-order items or items with an estimated ship date range will ship when the pre-order items are available. The entire order will not ship until all items are available. You will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking information once a shipment is processed.

    If it has been over 5 business days, no items in your order have a preorder date or estimated ship date range, and you have not received a shipment notification email - please reach out to us at info@sundaydrive-records.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

    The shipping option you choose indicates that carrier's handling time, not the processing time of Deathwish Inc. Our order processing time is typically within 5-7 business days except in the case of a preorder item or an item with an estimated ship date range listed.

    Orders ship solely to the address in the "Ship To" section of your order (not in the notes section, PayPal, or otherwise).

    If an item is returned to us as undeliverable we will need to charge additional shipping fees to re-send the package. Deathwish Inc. cannot be held liable for packages that are lost en route.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations

    All sales are final and not available for refund, with the exception of a damaged item (see "Returns" below). Please contact: info@sundaydrive-records.com as soon as possible to request a change to your order or shipping address. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide a detailed description of your request.

    If you are requesting a change to your order or shipping address and we are able to accomodate the request we will always confirm in an email reply to you that the change has been made. If you do not receive a reply, we likely did not receive the email.

  • Returns

    For most cases, all sales are final, with the exception of damaged products. This does not include minor cosmetic damage (i.e. seam splits, corner dings, bent jackets) as we do not have replacement jackets to offer. If your item is physically damaged (i.e. warped vinyl, cracked jewel-case, broken product) send photos / video of the defective product that shows the defect clearly to: info@sundaydrive-records.com to check if it's eligible for replacement. Please include your order number in the subject line.
