  • 7"s are hand-cut/double-sided on a white lathe record. Housed in a full-color foldover jacket with lyrics & photos, printed on 120lb smooth, uncoated cover.
  • Lathe cut records are cut manually, meaning the drop of the cutting needle is done by hand. This means that auto-players will not always track the beginning grooves. They may have slightly more surface noise (due to static build-up and dust) or an occasional light distortion in some frequencies but are still very listenable. The volume will be a little lower than a modern record, so please increase the volume on your speakers when spinning. The records should track well, even on more standard turntables, but if you have problems, adjust your tonearm weight and your anti-skate settings.

The first demo from the youthful, Connecticut hardcore band, Broken Vow introduces the band in a powerful way. Spanning just 4 tracks in 9 minutes, Broken Vow delivers a strong anti-fascist, anti-racist message while calling for liberation against the right. Each song is direct, urgent and full of revelations and hope for a better, equal future. Broken Vow delivers this message with songwriting in the vein of early Earth Crisis, Count Me Out, and Strain—perfectly fitting within the 90’s New Age or Indecision Records roster.
