Written in a Delaware basement, Sixlet’s demo emerged from the members’ shared love for the music they grew up on. Featuring members of Scarab, Ringfinger, and Splattered Spine, Sixlet’s sound traces a clear lineage back to ’90s post-hardcore and emo bands like Texas Is the Reason, Samiam, and Mineral.
Tracks like ‘Clearly’ and ‘To Separate’ highlight Sixlet’s melodic emo sensibilities, weaving ringing guitar melodies with somber, introspective vocals.
