Turn of Phrase formed in early 2025 between London and Brighton. The band brings a fresh shot of melodic-hardcore that pulls straight from ‘90s post-hardcore and emo bands like Lifetime and Texas is the Reason, while channeling the speed and intensity of early-2000s Posi Fest-era hardcore bands like Count Me Out, Panic, and Crime In Stereo.
The five track demo, ‘Finish Just To Begin’ released earlier this winter on Burning Water Records in the UK, and is now being released for the first time in the US via Sunday Drive Records.
